Of course I am thrilled that AF is here, but I forgot how much this stinks! At the risk of TMI-I am bleeding pretty heavy, and I have bad cramps. I am sitting here in bed with my heating pad, watching Unfaithful and nesting the night away.

    AF cramps SUCK.  I am glad you are comfy though.  My heating pad is my saving grace when I have AF.

    Did anyone notice that your first cycle after a loss was worse than normal? I don't know if it's really worse, or if I have just forgotten how bad it is, this is my first AF since October.

    Yes, mine was.  I was much heavier than normal and my cramps were worse too.

    I am sorry that you are going through this.  It really sucks.

    That's great she showed up!  Is this the first one since your m/c?  I know that my first one was a b*tch!  I hope her visit is a short one Wink

    My first cycle after my D&C was probably the worst I've ever had. I cried the first night because I was in so much pain from my cramps. The only plus was that it was a little shorter than normal and the bleeding and cramps died down after the second day. I'm hoping this cycle isn't quite as bad.

    Yes, mine was a lot worse. Im usually really light and it was heavy for the first 2 days. I had clotting. Gross. And my first cycle after m/c was really long. AF will be here tonight so 36 days when its normally 28. Frustrating. I dont think I O'ed either.

    Yes, this is the first one post loss, and it's horrible! I'm praying for a short visit. I'm glad to see her, but anxious to see her leave again too!
