This is totally a personal call and up to you. There is no real need to find out the sex. Do you like to plan and know everything ahead of time and want a perfect pink or blue nursery in advance? Go for it. Do you want to be surprised? Don't go for it. Nobody can tell you what you should do.
I honestly don't know what kind of "help" you wanted. As @rm2013 said: Do you want to know? Then find out. Do you want to be surprised when you give birth? Then don't find out.
Really making you all sounds great there! Maybe you start to be nice, this is for people that would just like some help no matter how silly you might think they sound. Yes they want a honest answer but as adults you need to say it in the correct way. There is no need to be horrible at all to anyone you don't know me just like I don't know any of you! Didn't your parents ever teach you if you have nothing nice to say say nothin at all?
I like to nest, register at stores and prepare the nursery, so there are times I find it difficult to find cute gender-neutral items. It also seems like people have to go out of their way not to find out with each ultrasound, as their pregnancy progresses. I feel like that moment when you find out can be just as special with your husband at an ultrasound appointment. To each their own.
So, I was wondering if this was a setup to get some drama started, especially since this account was created at 1:40am today, but like others decided to give OP the benefit if the doubt.
I think we have an answer. I'm not going to feed this one anymore.

Oops... The "act like a butt" comment was originally belonging to @toastercat. Ha ha!
