tylenol??

Hi All,
I need some help/advice. My LO is 6 months old and she has been sleeping through the night, until 2 nights ago. she is waking up screaming. Nothing consoles her unless we pick her up. I think she is teething and getting a cold. At night she is all stuffed up, and today she has had a clear runny nose. 
Any thoughts on Tylenol? Do you think it's premature to give it before bed? or should I hold off completely?? or give in middle of night??? I am lost.

    Try giving her a dose tonight and see if it helps. If you'd rather wait to see if she needs it, give it to her when she wakes up screaming. Hope you both get some sleep tonight!

    Thank you, I spoke to nurse, she said elevate her, if she wakes up and I think she is in pain then give to her. I put a pillow under her mattress. just an FYI for future if you need it. so far 2 hours in and okay! fingers crossed lil peanut is going to be comphy!
