I have quite the science experiment going on in my crockpot. I'm not sure it'll be edible. Well, it'll be edible but it may not be tasty. So we might end up eating out which is something we rarely do.
Just not sure how to serve it...plain, or over noodles, or what. Super easy though, I already have it made and I'm just going to let it summer until DH gets home.
I do a variation of this, but I use pork gravy instead of white wine and serve it over penne pasta.

Either in a bun or I have served it over dirty rice.
Layer order: wonton, mozzarella, meat sauce, ricotta, more mozzarella repeat once more.
Lasagna in a cup! And dirt cheap! We've had it 5 nights in a row now. I use pearl mozzarella for the first layer and shredded for the top. Bake about 15min.
