With 7 weeks - @calikat80 - I think with 18 mile runs you can afford to slip a *little* on the diet!

This week: maybe stop being a piggie even though I'm hemorrhaging. I ran today and plan on running or walking every day so that may help keep me in line.
Goal: marathon November 2nd!
Fall fav: baking homemade stuff with pumpkin, using football as an excuse for more beer and naughty foods, picking apples and making my own applesauce, not having to wear a bathing suit every day
Last week I did pretty well walking. I haven't added strength training like I need to. Had drinks last night and some fun yuns, not bueno.
This week I want to be good the next three days before our trip. I bought some jeans in a smaller size at lunch! I haven't been jeans shopping in a long time.
Goal is to drop weight and tone up. (And tmi: Not to feel like I'm pulling a back muscle when I wipe)
Love all parts about fall, cool weather, pumpkins, cocoa and meals that simmer all day.
This week: exactly the same. Loving T25 and I'm kicking myself for not starting it sooner (like the whole summer when I was off!)
Goal: tone up!
Favorite part about fall? Wearing jeans, boots, and light sweaters without jackets. I love fall fashion!
