Does anyone here own a rotisserie oven? I'm thinking of getting one since I've been spending way too much money on those rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. I'm wondering if it will taste the same if I purchased a rotisserie oven.
I have a toaster oven that also does rotisserie. Is that what you mean?
I've done chicken 5-6 times. It turns out ok. I never get enough seasoning in it. I think I might need one of those flavor injectors. If I could perfect the seasoning I would probably do it more.
Also, the max size that mine can do is 5 pounds. I always try to get the biggest chicken possible because we can tear through a 5 pounder easily.
It also is not great for heat. The thing is just as bad as my oven at heating up the kitchen. I'd just rather get a giant chicken and do the PW roast chicken recipe. Turns out great every time.
