Heaviness in lower abdomen

Today I started feeling a heaviness in my lower abdomen-- I did have 2 mild contractions today that were 30 min a part-- but that's it (BH). I'm almost 32 weeks pregnant with my first. Maybe baby moved into a different position? I did have an ffn test this past Wednesday and it was negative (I had lots of contractions close together with no dilation--BH) is feeling a heaviness normal?

    I had this thru the majority of my pregnancy. It's uncomfortable but baby hung out low most the time. She's now a healthy 7 week old.

    I have been feeling the same thing the past few days. It is like I have all this pressure in the privates area. And it constantly feels as though I am about to poop. I think it is just LO getting into position.

    Yep, I get this feeling often too. I think it all depends on where lil girl is sitting at any given time. Still not fun though...
