Straw Sippy Cup Help

Hi!
My son has been using this sippy cup ( https://www.amazon.com/Munchkin-Click-Count-Sippy-ounce/dp/B006WHR6CU/ref=sr_1_sc_1?s=baby-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1410786757&sr=1-1-spell&keywords=munchikn+sippy+cup ) and doctor told me it is the equivalent to a bottle and he is 2.5 years old. So we need to switch him to straws, but he isn't liking them (he is used to tilting his head back to drink) or they leak and I don't like that. So anyone have suggestions on a straw cup that may not leak and that he may like?

Cool, I will give that one a try! It really is T&E! We are at about our 3rd, I am just mad at myself for not realizing he was on the wrong sippy for SOOO long!
