So as I have bad acne I put tea tree oil neat on cotton pad and put on face and now I am worried it will hurt baby I washed off but can still smell feel it panic mode will it be ok???

From my knowledge TTO is safe when applied topically in small amounts. I use a TTO face wash every day. There are only a couple drops in the whole bottle. I think you and your baby will be fine.

Yes you are fine. I use tea tree oil as a spot treatment almost everyday on my face.

I use a tea tree salve as a skin ointment pretty much daily as well.

Just for future reference, if you want to "wash" off the oil, use coconut oil or olive oil. Water intensifies the oils.
