    No weight loss. I'm doing really well with biking though.
    And a sweater I pulled out and wore for the first time since before Kahlan fits better than it did before (bear in mind, I've always been overweight)

    Did you meet your goal?
    Biking yes. Yoga. No. I need to figure out my damn schedule so I can actually do stuff.

    Any particular challenges you had/see coming up this week? What do you need extra support for this week?
    Just time.

    What is your new goal?
    Make a plan for exercising. Track on mfp 3 days

    Do you meal plan?
    Yes indeed I do.

    What is your motivation for getting healthier?
    Kahlan. And my future career. No one wants an overweight dietician telling them what they need to change about themselves.

    I am halfway! Pretty pleased with my progress.

    Did you meet your goal?
    Yes I did, I made it more realistic and it was easier to stick to.

    Any particular challenges you had/see coming up this week? What do you need extra support for this week? Well my tablet that I normally track my calories on crapped out and I hate using mfp on my phone. Not being able to track scares me.

    What is your new goal?
    To walk 3/week and to try an exercise video

    Do you meal plan?
    Nope not really.

    What is your motivation for getting healthier?
    To feel better, to serve as a good role model for my girls.

  • I know what you mean. When I'm hungry I want everything.
  • I haven't been doing great with eating, but not horrible either.  Been doing good with the workouts. I'm usually able to get a good hour or so workout in 4 times a week.

     

  • I'm jealous of the workout time. Since school started I'm having so much trouble finding time to do anything. I need to figure out my schedule.
  • @ameegee‌ The only time it will happen is if I wake up at 4:45 and get it done before anyone else wakes up!

     

  • I get so little sleep as is. I treasure what I do get lol.
  • I need to start getting earlier to work out. Don't want to lose the weight but stay jiggly.

    E still wakes up at least 3X per night usually so there are some mornings where he's up at 4 nursing and I just stay up to workout instead of going back to sleep for 15 minutes until my alarm goes off. BUT there are also plenty of times were I've said "fuck it" turned my alarm off, and went back to bed.

    Well now that Kahlan is over her cold, I think I'm going to sleep train again and hopefully it means I'll be getting more sleep so I'll be able to wake up earlier to exercise soon.

    We're having pizza tonight because football and the neighbors and some friends are over and they provided dinner. So money wise I can't bitch.
  • BUMP! How'd the weekend go?


    We had pizza last night but I only had one slice. And one chocolate chip cookie. I actually ate the least out of everyone there.
  • Took a breather for a few days before I tackle the next big goal. Back on track today.
    On another note food prepared by other people is starting to stress me out. Not knowing how they prepared it and how much if each ingredients they used makes it hard to track calories.

    I understand the stress but you've got to be able to give yourself slack when it comes to food. Stress and eating =\= anything good
  • I think I made up for it today. I haven't stopped all day long. I am beat, only 4 more hours till bed time.

  • I've been avoiding this thread lately because I've haven't been eating great. I did do a stroller workout class this weekend and DH and I took LO on a couple long walks to the park, so that's a start.

    Not bumping on The Bump anymore
