Hi all,
Dx with ectopic on Friday, had D&C then methotrexate on Friday night, so hoping for tomorrow's HcG levels to be low. This has been a super long and drawn out process as we thought the actual miscarriage took place over 2 weeks ago but my HcG kept hovering and rising (ever so slightly). Very low HcG to begin with so they are hopeful that one round of methotrexate will do its job.
I just want this process over with ASAP. The actual M/C started nearly 3 weeks ago.
I don't know when I will have the courage to try again, even when I'm cleared. My daughter was born 7 weeks premature and it took me almost 6 years to come to terms with that and now this.
On the plus side, since I had severe preeclampsia that turned into HELLP and now this they have gone ahead and tested me for MTHFR and they are willing to examine my tubes to make sure there is no scar tissue due to Mirena, etc in December.
So that's my story. Outside of this fun stuff, I like to shop and work in real estate. My love is staging homes and shopping.

Testing done: male with complete Trisomy 16, not hereditary. Tested me for clotting disorders, all normal.
Feb. 2014 all clear again to TTC! Will start progesterone supplementation with the next BFP just in case. Oct. 2014 more testing just because, thyroid and autoimmune panels = normal. Diagnostic U/S = no abnormalities. Will keep trying for 3-6 more months, doctor still optimistic!
