Pedi for umbilical granuloma

It's what I think he has based on my "research" (mr google) but we'll see... Anyone have experience with this?

    My lo had it. They just put silver nitrate on it and now it's fine. Easy peasy.

    Same with mine. The only weird thing is that the silver nitrate caused his belly button to get sucked in and the bottom "disappeared" as in it is the deepest belly button I've ever seen! I was actually worried it was still open to his abdomen, but the dr said this was normal.

    Update: yup silver nitrate for it, he didn't even cry such a good boy! Now I'm hoping it does the job and he won't need a second treatment :)
