Weird Sweating

Maybe I'm over thinking this, but I just wanted to see if anyone else's LO has this issue. R is currently sleeping on me, and his head is covered in sweat. It's not too warm, and he's not sick. He gets this sweaty when he's eating fairly often, and sometimes while sleeping. Am I worried for nothing?

    I have a sweater too, nothing to worry about. My older son would sweat also, especially while sleeping.

    DD sweats, especially when she is sleeping on me. But, I run pretty warm, and I think she does too.

    Oh lily sweats like no other. When she skips a nap, I'll nurse her laying down in bed so she falls asleep there...when she wakes up there is a giant wet spot from where her head was laying.
