Meal suggestion needed

I have both boned chicken breasts and B/S chicken in the fridge. I have some corn on the cob that I plan on spreading with butter and oven roasting.

Normally I would just make BBQ chicken with the corn...but, does anyone have any better/different suggestions?

    It's cold and dreary here today and I have B/S chicken breasts too, so I'm making Chicken a la King.

    It's getting a little fallish here too, so I would recommend chicken corn chowder. That and some fresh rolls. Yum yum yum :)

     BFP on Cycle 17 09/27/12. EDD 06/04/12! Please Stick Baby! A/S 01/22/13 Baby looking great. Officially TEAM BLUE! Jack is getting a Baby Brother! RCS scheduled for 05/29/13. William Daryll born at 9:59am on 05/29/13. Left ovary and tube removed due to peach sized tumor found during RCS. Pathology came back benign!

    If it's warm where you are maybe a grilled chicken salad?

    Grill chicken and corn. Cut the chicken up and cut the corn off the cob. Toss with diced tomato, avocado and onion. I like to add in some black beans. I make a quick dressing with olive oil, lime uice, cilantro and salt. Toss everything and serve over lettuce.

    I would bake or grill them.  I'm no help.  I would also boil the corn because oven roasting sounds like a lot of work :)
