  I'd say the doctor probably gave you better advice than most of us could. If you still feel really concerned, you should call your doctor back.

  It's good you called your doc. I have had pressure and pulling since early 2nd tri, and I saw my doc to have my cervix checked. Everything was fine, so you will feel a lot better once the doc checks you out. Good luck!
