Wellness/Fitness Check-in: How'd you do and what's on deck

So, I'm down .6lbs from last week and I met ALL my goals except desserts (whoops). I showered and got ready every day like I planned and got in my minimum of 30 minutes of moment 5x last week. Whoop! I went to a boot camp sponsored by lululemon on Saturday and hommmmmg I got so freakin' sore yesterday. It hurts to cough.

This week, I plan on starting to track my food again using MyFitnessPal. The last time I really dropped a ton of weight was when I was regularly tracking, so I need to get better at that. Same plan stands for workouts; 5x this week for at least 30 minutes. The Giants lost...again. So it's 5k for me on lunch. Merp.

My general wellness goal is to finish my magazine. This may sound silly but I have two issues of Women's Health I'm behind on. I really enjoy reading this magazine (like...read the articles, don't just flip through and look at photos) so I know this will help me unwind because work has me under a LOT of stress for the next month. I have a ton of work to do AND a promotion application to work on.

  • Exercise: I did a bunch of yard work and painted the patio this week, so that makes up for my lack of running. Need to make a more consistent running schedule though and stick to it.

    Food: Nothing to report here.

    General: Planted my fall garden over the weekend. It will be good to have a hobby again.

  • Did pretty well with workouts...  goal was 5 hours for the week, got in 4.5.

    I feel like portions have been in check as well...
