33 weeks and milk letdown in breasts

I have history of preterm delivery with my first child at 34 weeks. This is my 3rd pregnancy. I am 33 weeks and currently 75% effaced and 1cm dilated. I have cramping/contractions on and off for a few weeks. I now have the "letdown" sensation in my breasts for past week or 2, as well as leaking colostrum. Curious to know if this may be a sign of labor coming soon, or if this is simply because I breastfed last 2 kiddos.

    This is a question to ask your doctor, and with your history, I'd be doing that ASAP.

    Yes I intend to at my appointment tomorrow. Was just curious if anyone else had a similar situation or something. Thanks!

    i have a history of pre term labor too. my first was born at 27 weeks, but my 2nd was ft. have been contracting like crazy in the past couple of day and my next apt is tomorrow where i think they will tell me im dilated. and ive been having that same letdown feeling as well. i suggest asking a dr asap tho
