Support belt for pelvic pressure?

I'm 29 weeks and have had some intense pelvic pressure for about a month now which I know is normal, but it's SO uncomfortable.  It's not constant, but some days I literally can feel my lady parts bulging out down there it's gets so swollen.  And the throbbing, ugh!  My doctor recommended that I use a support belt, but there are so many on the market that I don't know which to choose.  Also, most of them seem to target back and abdominal pain which isn't what I'm feeling.  Any recommendations?

Re: Support belt for pelvic pressure?

  • I have SPD and my doctor gave me the serola sacroiliac belt. It has been a life saver! I strongly recommend it.

  • My sister got me the boppy support belt, and it's been great- especially for days when I have to walk or be on my feet for a long time.
  • I have the Boppy support belt too.

  • I bought the Mini Cradle Adjustable Band from Target. I could barely walk before I bought it and now I feel great! It has three different hooks to adjust the size, like a bra. It's $25 It lifts the belly to help w pelvic pain and supports my back.
