I have today off!!! So a nice long 4 day weekend since I don't work Mondays. We may go to the beach because were having a heat wave and it's suppose to be 102 today!! Eeee
Kinda sad considering yesterday woulda been my fet day.... And I would of been pupo....Had dh not dosed me full of estrogen! Lol I can laugh about it now but.... Really sick of being so sweaty from this shot!

I'm so happy it's Friday! My week was pretty good, we got the rest of our testing back (DH's karyotype and SCSA testing) and all is normal. I had my hysteroscopy Wednesday and my RE removed a large polyp and several smaller polyps, so I now have a squeaky clean ute. I'm just waiting on my period next week to start BCP for IVF #4, which should be mid November retreival. I still have a lot to do to get ready for this cycle (put my deposit down for the cycle, pricing meds, scheduling appointments/blood work with Dr. KK around my cycle calendar), but I am so excited that it is finally almost here.

Not too much going on this weekend. I need to go shopping for something to wear to a wedding reception next Friday if I can't find anything to borrow from my sister.

So I didn't get a new nurse after complaining to my RE and coordinator but she has actually called and emailed me. The one recipient STILL hasn't started her period to get on bcp, so if she doesn't get it over the wknd they are making her come in for blood work Monday. So hopefully Monday we'll have some sort of idea moving forward. I have a baby shower tomorrow which I'd never go to but she is a fellow infertile, but I'm still not staying long. I hope everyone has a great weekend! Hugs to anyone needing one

DH is working tomorrow and it's supposed to be in the 70s so I may go for a walk, unless it's drizzly like it is today. I've ran all my errands for the week and cleaned house so I have nothing to do! I wish DH could find a better job. One less stressful and where he doesn't work so much! He works 11 hour days 5-6 days a week.

For almost 6 years I've been ok with not being close to my family, but lately I've been thinking a lot about moving back. I could go see my grandparents during the day or spend Saturdays with my mom and sis instead of alone. My friends either have jobs or a million kids and I don't really enjoy hanging out with DH's family like I do my own. I mean I have keys to my grandparent's house, know the alarm code and can just show up whenever. DH and I were married for 4 years before I ever set foot in his grandparent's house. (He never went to their house during that time either.) They live 1 mile from us... It must be this gray weather that has me melancholy! lol

I'm on -call this weekend, so I have no wild and crazy plans.

AFM: I received my partial calendar last night and I started my estrogen. Testosterone begins Sunday. I emailed my nurse about an antibiotic clarification and she replied back "Dr. Gurtcheff’s notes were very clear that you would start the zpack now. I agree that it is unusual but she has set up a special Mindy special protocol." I feel pretty special since I have my own "special protocol” LOL.

Happy weekend everyone! @lacy, I'm so jealous that's it hot where you are! We are freezing already! @twinkie, congrats on being squeaky clean and moving forward! @sorrelam, wishing a quick AF and yay for moving forward soon! @DP, I've thought more about moving toward home recently too..maybe it's just that we are getting older? Hope DH gets some days off for you to go do something fun together. @mm, happy you got an RE that is taking the time to do things out of the box for you. Good luck moving forward. Fx. AFM, DH is out of town for the next 3 days, so I am snuggling in at home with the pup, making a big pot of soup so I don't have to cook while he's gone, going to our downtown art fair, or anything else that strikes me as fun!

I am getting a pedicure tomorrow with the MIL and sisters-in-law. Just in time for sandal weather to be over <eye roll.> Ah well... family bonding or something like that.

So happy to hear many of you are moving forward with your cycles.
Congrats @IFinTN‌ for being PUPO!

I spent all morning getting my first in home IVIg infusion. So glad I was able to find nurses who work weekends since it's able a 5 hour process. I'll probably just keep taking more naps today. And tomorrow I'll attempt food shopping. Yeah- my weekend is very exciting

I wonder if @LeggyJeggy‌ is in Disney. I know you were going a little bit before me. Hope it's a great time!

Update- I worked the overnight shift last night, so I slept most of the day. My H is away for the weekend.. So I did some shoe shopping and will cook and clean tomorrow.

My mock transfer @ SIRM is Tuesday, so I leave Monday to drive 6 hours and will stay over Monday night and then drive back home Tuesday after my appt.

I started Lupron and steroids Thursday. I'm not feeling hopeful, just feel like I need to get through all of this.

Update-exhausted, DH is away working and he left the house a complete bomb. I can't even have a cleaning lady come its so bad. I made a bit of a dent yesterday. My glutes are killing me so I'm going to yoga then acupuncture I hope it helps. Every time I get out of the car I can barely move.

How was your week? It was BUSY but good. Back to school always kicks my butt! There's just so much to do, and not enough time to do it all.

Any updates? YES!!! Our hopeful egg donor got her period this past week and went in to repeat her baseline testing. So far, so good! We are waiting for her AMH to come back... should get that any day now, and we hope to finalize this decision before the end of the week. And in other news, two weeks to go until our follow-up with Dr. KK. I saw my RE this past week, and filled him in about all things RI. He's somewhat on board. He said he'd gladly administer any treatments like blood thinners or steroids, but will not do IVIg if it is recommended. This is about what I expected. We're hoping that Dr. KK doesn't recommend IVIg for us, but we'll see in two weeks!

Doing anything fun this weekend? I ran another race this weekend

This was a mile, so I wanted to see how fast I could push myself. It hadn't even been a full week since my marathon, and I really didn't train for this distance at all, so I was very happy to get within 6 seconds of my personal record. It felt so awesome to run fast again! And now I'm hooked and planning to work on getting my speed back
