Sour cream recipes

I had to buy a tub of sour cream but only needed 1 tablespoon for my frosting. Any good recipes that I can use it up with?

Buy the Hidden Valley ranch dip powder and make dip.

Bake a sour cream coffee cake (Google it).

Umm..I eat sour cream on about everything. Tacos, potatoes, chili, stroganoff...

These are really good; sour cream mini biscuits

Then I'd make tacos or enchiladas to use up the rest.
