I was using MFP but my supply decreased because I was eating too few calories. I know each person's number is unique based on height, weight, activity level, etc., but if you are using MFP and have been successful losing the baby weight without losing your supply, would you mind sharing with me the number of calories you are eating a day? I want to try MFP again because I'm overrating and gaining weight and it holds me accountable. TIA!

Re: MFP
Has anyone else noticed that with the most recent update, adding BFing as a "food" doesn't work? It doesn't subtract the calories anymore. I have to add BF as a cardio activity for 500 calories.

I still like to use it. I set my lifestyle accurately to not very active and subtract 400 for breastfeeding.
But in the end I try not to worry too much about going over a little. It helps me make better choices. So instead of eating that donut for 400 calories I could eat a few other things. It makes me realize how mant calories are in certain things.
I've slacked off lately and haven't been using it. I've also been eating lots of donuts ...
