Powers out!

Had a lightening storm and a tree in our back yard got hit. Power went out, whole street hasn't had power in about three hours :-( We left the house to go get dinner and to get LO out of the house since the ac isn't working, got home and it's still out. Really hope it comes back on soon!!!

    Ahh one of my worst fears! I already have a plan in place to save my precious freezer stash of BM in case of a power outage. I hope yours comes back on soon!

    That happened to us last weekend. I was scrambling to find back up freezer space for my stash! Hope it comes back on soon!

    Still out :( unfortunately I didn't have a plan to save my stash. I normally have four bottles in the fridge for bedtime bottle and motn bottle. Have about 30 oz in freezer. Almost been 5 hours now...

    Keep the freezer shut! It can hold 24hrs +if you keep it closed!

    Just a little update- power was out for 12 hours!!! Poor LO had to just sleep in her diaper since it was warm in the house. Florida humidity sucks! But food in the fridge is bad but milk stash in the freezer seems okay! Gotta take the bad with the good I suppose :-)
