Just did my first run using the couch to 5 K app. I feel great! I made a good choice on the shoes. My feet don't even know I ran lol. My legs and thighs are aware.. I think I'm going to like this. It was so nice this morning and to just be by myself and clear my head. Just awesome. And I feel like I got a great workout and unlike my other methods in the past, I feel energized. Not like I wanna die.. That's gotta be a good sign; right?
