Good morning, Ladies!
How is everyone today? It's a little chilly here, and it's only supposed to be about 63 degrees (which could be nice if the sun would ever show!). Also, I may have had too much wine last night and now i'm suffering for it...Thank god for coffee.
Anything fun planned? My H is sick AGAIN. I think he needs to get his tonsils out! He had a 103 fever all day yesterday. That's with taking Motrin. I'm sure my day will consist of taking care of him again! I hope you all have a great day

As for me, I just sent DH off to a dentist appointment (accidentally told him it was at 9 but it's at 930...Oops!). When he gets back, the plan is farmers market and then cider mill. Tonight we'll probably go out to dinner since he won some cash at poker night this week :-)

I was going to go out with my adopted mom today to a big consignment sale, but she never called me :-/ she's supposed to pick me up for blueberry picking too, so I guess we'll see!
Otherwise, it's just chilling with the H. We have plans to go to Toy Store (aka Costco) later today since he got his vacation pay in. And then we'll probably be shut ins and play crib and video games lol

My H and I are going to an art show to work on getting our house decorated. I will try to get some exercise as well. It isn't chilly here but not quite hot as balls like it has been. 86 is the predicted high for today here. We need to go over our finances as well but I don't know if we will manage to do that today. I paid a big chunk of change in estimated taxes yesterday. I kinda hate being an independent contractor.

We had a friend living with us for a while, and he and MH used to watch this on repeat. So the first time I brought them both to Costco, they looked at each other, screamed "TOY STORE!" and scattered lol

Today I was going to do some cleaning, but I think I am relaxing instead and making lists of everything I want to accomplish once I feel better. Having a list helps me. But, it's official, I'm sick. I'm not sure whether to call this a cold or a respiratory infection or what, but the irritation from the plaster dust and fiberglass definitely did a number on my throat. I'm chugging water hoping to flush some of the badness out.
I think I might also work on some crafty type Christmas presents. I am way behind this year. I know that sounds weird, but I usually make something knitted for every family member so usually I need to start in August to get it all done. I have finished one thing so far.
I'm kind of loving this fall-ish weather day though. Low 70's, a little bit of drizzle. Makes me feel like my favorite season is actually here and not just a tease like last week being cool and then jumping up to 90 the next day.

Sorry I can't respond to everyone, mobile bumping is still hard. Our day started dropping off the Mac at Apple. No computer until Wednesday :-( I also got a "cheap" haircut bc I really needed one, and confession I just didn't feel like washing my hair and having to dust off the blow dryer. We have dinner w friends tonight but until then we're lounging bc it is POURING
