Yup, I've had some cramping lately. It comes and goes.... a few days ago it was pretty intense... like bad period cramps. And today I have some after having an ultrasound......
I got that when I was having constipation/gastrointestinal problems. Keep an eye on your fiber intake and don't let it go too long. Mine escalated to 5-10 minutes of severe laid out on my bed in pain cramps because I didn't take care of the issue early.

As long as it's not too severe it's probably normal. And @cmcintos the same thing happened to me last week, I had cramping right after an ultrasound but it was an abdominal one. I guess the tech was pushing a little too hard or something? I was definitely uncomfortable afterwards.
Have you tried to use the bathroom? That happens to me, and I freak out. But then I go and I feel much better! But if that's not the case, and it gets worst, I would contact your doctor.
It's normal. Though my cramps are now starting to feel more like braxton hicks at this point.
OP I'm glad you posted this I'm 15 weeks today & after exercising a little more than normal I have had pain but it has felt more like a tightening feeling than anything else. Maybe Braxton hicks?
I was having this same issue at 12w5d actually. It was pretty intense lower back cramps for 2 days. I used my doppler and LO is fine, but it worried me. If it continued I was gonna ask my doc about it. Hopefully it's just the little peach growing!

Just a bit behind at 12 weeks 2 days but I've had so pretty crampy days, and I have to say, much more than with my first pregnancy. It is also worse if I have to go to the washroom and am a bit constipated...
I get really bad cramps sometimes, but it's usually just trapped gas. It can get pretty painful though! But probably normal. If it's something that is really concerning to you, talk to your ob.
I'm 12 weeks and I have had cramps the whole time- they feel like period cramps. I have upped my water in take and started taking a stool softener daily. It's helped a little bit but the streching of your uterus us bound to happen! Hope you feel better!
