Hi everyone,
I posted an intro many months ago but then became a lurker since we were not actively doing treatments. I have been active on the new TTCAS board since it started.
I'm 31 and have a diagnosis of DOR, endometriosis, and LP defect. We got pregnant with our twin 2.5 year olds doing Femara, gonal-f, trigger, and TI. I have had two early losses and one missed miscarriage as well. I recently sought a second opinion from a new RE and he ran new blood work since it's been nearly three years since my previous testing.
My AMH came back as 0.004. Does anyone here have this low of AMH and if so what steps are you taking? Originally we expected to do another round of Femara and gonal-f but I'm guessing that's out the window now. Am I correct in guessing our recommendation will likely be donor eggs?

BFP #7 (beyond surprised again!) 4/26/16. EDD 1/5/17. beautiful betas!!!! and then near-fatal hemorrhagic corpus luteum. turns out baby was ectopic after all; another lap 5/6 (@24dpo).

My doctor explained that the one thing women with low AMH don't have a lot of is time. In my case my doctor saved me 9 months of trying in one shot (for the 9 eggs retrieved). He also recommended PGD testing but I didn't make enough eggs for that.
Even though it's overwhelming someone here recommended the book "it starts with the egg".
