Weekend Plans?

Happy Friday everyone!

I feel like as all of our LOs get older, we're getting more and more comfortable doing more things with them. What are your weekend plans? Anything fun/exciting in mind or are you thinking about taking it easy?

We are going to a small bbq at a friend's for the 9ers game on Sunday. Need to instill fandom early!

Tomorrow, getting old boxes out of MIL's attic, so I can finally unpack them in our new apartment.

Then Sunday... DH's 40th birthday! We've got 40 seats at the Mets game, celebrating with lots of friends. It will be my first time leaving DS with grandma as the babysitter, fingers crossed...

My little brother starts football this weekend. They have a jamboree and I really would like to go although they're calling for rain. So I'm not sure. Today is H's last day of work(he works 4 on, 4off schedule), I hate to leave LO but I would really like to go have dinner with H.

A few friends are coming over to meet Nico & bring us food. Although I aspire to get out & about we're looking at triple digit temps here in LA, so we'll prob be housebound again. Thank heavens for central AC!

My parents are going to spend the day with us tomorrow. I need to get some cleaning done because I can't get hardly any of it done when I am alone with DS. Sunday, DH and I are going to attempt a restaurant outing with DS(probably breakfast), and then football.

Going to a football game tonight at my old high school. Leaving LO with gma so H and I can go to lap swim for a couple of hours on Saturday. Seeing a shitty musical on Sunday while LO visits with H's gpa. Oh! And a crap ton of online homework

Tonight I think BF is working on his car. LO and I will stay in (its cold here, Indiana) and I'll do homework. Tomorrow night I'm having dinner at my dads then LO is staying with BF while I go out for a drink with some girlfriends at the town bar. Sunday we will be watching the Colts game.

Going to a bridal shower for one of my friends so I'll be gone for 10-12 hours total with travel time included. Yay for a much needed break and social time! I'm mainly just worried about getting drowsy on the drive to and from thanks to sleep deprivation. H should be able to hold down the fort with DS. His family is coming over to help him out, so he should be fine. Plenty of BM in the freezer to keep the little man happy. We haven't really gone anywhere with DS yet. Maybe in another month after vaccinations. Also, DS is still pretty fussy when he's awake and doesn't really like the carrier yet, so I don't feel confident about venturing out with him for too long...

DH is taking DS1 for a bike ride to the beach tomorrow late morning, so I am going to a local babywearing class with DS2, and possibly doing some browsing at TJ Maxx? I really want to go get fitted for new running shoes too. Sunday we will probably BBQ at home or make pizza and watch football.

We took LO downtown to an arts /music festival for several hours today and everything went well so I think we're going to do it again tomorrow too. Hopefully the rain will hold off here! Sunday will probably be a quiet day around the house.

Things are getting a little chilly up here in Michigan so as long as it's not too cold and the rain holds off DH and I are taking Jack to the cider mill! Yay for warm cider and donuts!

I'm going with my friend to the Texas/UCLA game. Dh was gone all last weekend so it's my turn for some me time. I may go shopping too at some point.

Tomorrow, we have family brunch and getting our family pictures taken! Yay!

Went to the zoo yesterday with DH, DS and DD (5 weeks) them dinner at a German place the hubby's been wanting to go to for a while. It went very well and we had a great day out.
