Woke up w/ abdominal pain right of my belly button that sort of felt like RLP but more painful than mine usually is. Called my OB and the nurse said come in just to be safe... Crossed fingers and prayers appreciated that it's just normal preggo stretching.
UPDATE: you ladies are fab, thanks for all the love!
After sitting in my OB's office for a while trying not to feel like a hypochondriac (after all, that's what they're there for, right, to keep me relying on better advice than Dr. Google)... So far, so good. They couldn't tell me exactly what it was - maybe my belly button ligament, maybe baby elbowing me in my sore muscles, maybe stretching - but she doesn't think it's anything to worry about. Wrong place for appendicitis, LO's heartbeat was good, and exam was good. Took some blood work just to check.
And if I didn't love my OB before, she didn't make me feel like an idiot for coming in, said she'd rather check everything out, took her time, and was great about all of it.

So, false alarm. Whew.
