Help me out here. My keys have been missing all day. I have looked everywhere. Any ideas???

Ever find your keys in a strange place? Tell me, and I'll look there. I'm getting desperate.

In DS1's bed. He has this habit of randomly taking objects and hiding them in the back corner of his bed. It's not all the time either.

We still have no idea where the remote is weeks later.

Ok couch cushions found a bunch of randomness including crumbs, socks and a remote that I couldn't find for the life of me and actually bought a new one. So yay for that. Still no keys...

check the q-tip box. or other places like that….DS1 hid Dh wedding ring in there once.

If it makes you feel better, a few years ago I dropped my keys in the snow that was at least 2 feet deep. You'd think it'd be easy to find because there would be a spot in the snow but it wasn't. I know DH and I looked for 2 hours before I realized they were in our mail cubby. I can laugh about it now.

I still haven't found them. Grr. I told DH I am going to stop looking and hopefully then they will turn up. The remote I found has been missing for 8 months. I really hope this isn't like that...

Does your DD have any toy cars (like a Cozy Coupe), bike or scooter she might be using the keys to pretend drive? I was constantly finding our set of valet keys in the back of the Cozy Coupe.

A couple of cars ago I lost my spare key. DH used it when he used my car and I blamed him for it of course. I found the key maybe two years later in a coat I hadn't worn in a while. I have a conspiracy theory that he found them wherever he left them and put them in my coat to avoid my wrath.

Good luck! I usually find mine in the bottom of my purse.

Once upon a time there was a poster who was full of shit. She couldn't find her keys and her kid (15 months?) said "twy sentwa" so she looked in her sentra and lo and behold...the keys.

She also once laid in cat pee because she was unable to get out of bed.

Nope...still haven't found them. I gave up. The disappeared into the black abyss that seems to be this new house....

I had a coat with a hole in the pocket and my keys once went through the hole and way down to the bottom of the coat, between the lining and the outer fabric.

Garbage! You wouldn't believe the things we've found through dumpster diving...

One of the biggest culprits around here is down the side of the recliner (there's an opening that stuff slips down into for the sides and we've had remotes, keys, glasses, etc. that have landed there.

Your purse! (Empty EVERY thing out of it - sometimes they get stuck in the bottom corner and don't sound or feel like they're there...
