  No, seriously no one can tell from that picture. Your doctor looked at the baby from all angles. They only printed you a picture of the cute profile view because, well, it would be weird to have one between the legs.

  My doctor gave me a between the legs shot with a caption and arrow "---> vulva"

  I showed H and was like "Apparently that's the vulva?"
