Sweat problems

So sorry and this may be gross, but does anyone else deal with excessive amounts of sweat in the underboob area? Dear lord it's horrendous!! What can be done to minimize this so it doesn't look like my boobs are constantly leaking way below where they should be?

Re: Sweat problems

  • I have pretty small boobs so I don't have personal experience with this but my mom has bigger ones and during the summer she puts baby powder underneath her boobs to help them stay dry.

I don't have the underboob sweat, but my armpits got way sweatier! I feel like I am going through puberty.

This exactly... What the heck?! I bought a few different deodorants to change up the scents because I feel like I am applying it constantly. I also steal some of DH's old spice shower gel now. He definitely gave me the side eye the other day when I got out and he smelled it on me.

  • I've done the deodorant and baby powder... It's just not seeming to work for more than an hour or two!

  • You may need to change up your bra....I notice it more when wearing my built in tanks but nothing with my underwire nursing bra. The underwire gives the lift needed so there's no touching of the boob, I've always had a bigger chest so found this out in jr high already! Baby powder usually helps otherwise!

  • Oh so that's the purpose of underwire. I'm small chested so I just assumed it was some sort of torture device.

  • Baby powder and a good bra that "lifts and separates to prevent skin to skin boobage. I deal with this badly when I wear wirefree.
