Love My Life Wednesday (LMLW) 9.10.14

Okay ladies, I know all the stress from TTCAS can get us down pretty often, so I thought we could do a weekly check-in to talk about all the wonderful and positive things going on in our lives! Whether it's something funny or cute your DC did, something great happened to you at work, or you just want to express your appreciation for a loved one, let's hear it! It's always good to remind ourselves of the happiness we have in our lives!

But last night it was storming and DH woke up to find DD laying on our floor reading books in her rainboots and a toy stethoscope. When he went to scold her she said....shhhh mommy sleep.
    So sweet! I love it!

    My DD has made a habit of coming to our room in the middle of the night and sleeping on the bench at the foot of our bed. I always shoo her back to her room because i'm afraid i'm going to kick her!

    @sunflwra So fun! We love singing in the car, especially to Frozen songs :)

    DS has been telling me he loves me at random times lately. We're sitting on the couch snuggling right now and bam, mama I love you. Just warms my little heart. Also, they had open house today at his school and his teacher said the most wonderful things about him and how he helps her and other kids in the classroom. :)

    Great idea!  Love all these cute stories.  DD has been saying "I so love you" for the past month or so.  She'll randomly come up and throw her arms around my neck and say it.  It melts my heart every time. :)

    @sarcaztic10 your story reminded me of something DS was doing a few weeks ago. I think they were doing a family unit in class and were talking about parents, grandparents, etc. One day we're laying in bed and he turns to DH and says, Are you my father? cue weird face from H. It was hysterical.

    @bethandben I'm sure it's coming!! It is a really wonderful feeling.

    You ladies are all making me not want to wait for DD to grow up! We are just starting to say more words and the newest ones are bye and bunny. It is just so sweet when I leave for work and she's at the door saying "Byeee".

    I'm a day late but I'll add. I loved my life yesterday because DS, H and I got to spend some extra time together and it was great. He is at an amazing and fun age, and we were all laughing non-stop!

    kikimo327 - Where do you live? I love fall (We are in Illinois) but I am always nervous of the impending doom :) But fall comfort food is the BEST!

    @bethandben  - Your DD sounds adorable! I love that she is instigating fun dance parties! 
    ambmama  - That sounds so perfect! Sometimes a little time with the family makes it all better!! It is amazing how they can take your stress away :)
    Can I do a love it Thursday? My husband got great news at work which takes lots of stress off!  And I am loving the stage Ryan is in right now.  He loves to pretend and we just have so much fun playing. Even if he wasn't mine, I would still hang out with my kid.  He's just funny.

    I just realized that I forgot to answer my own post! I'm loving life because we just got school portraits back and i'm so in love with them :) I love how photogenic my kids can be!
