Century Medical Associates

Just wondering if any one has ever used them as your gyno or heard anything about them? I had to get a new gyno and my first appt with them is in two weeks.

Re: Century Medical Associates

  • I went to CMA for DS1. I saw Dr. Udrea for most of my appts and delivery, she was fantastic. It was a very medical-heavy birth, though. If that's your birth style, I think you will be very happy with them. :-) The second time around I switched out of their office because I got the vibe that they thought my plans of going without intervention were silly. But if you're not looking for a natural birth, I think they're a great team of drs. Dr. Udrea was always very patient with me, listened to all my concerns, never made me feel silly for asking questions. Good luck!

  • I was very happy with them.  I mainly saw Dr Rowland and besides from being a little dry at times he was Fantastic!  I delivered at West Penn and the nurses there were so amazing.  They let me go med free for as long as I wanted and only gave an epidural when I could no longer stand the pain.  The one doctor came on duty and wanted to speed me up with Pitocin and when I told them no there was never another word about it.  It was a long labor, but I can not say enough great things about the Dr. Rowland or West Penn.
  • Thanks ladies. I go tomorrow for my first appointment so I will see how it goes. I delivered DD at West Penn and my husband and I had an amazing experience so we wanted to go back there with our second.
