No, she does not. I tried looking at Target and didn't see any small pillows. I'll probably try to find one the next time we go to Bed Bath and Beyond.
We have the PBK toddler pillow in the crib. I had a heck of a time finding a pillowcase for it though. I didn't like the cases PBK had for that size so I had to have a custom one made on etsy.
We put a thin body pillow in with her. She doubles it up most nights and sleeps with her head on it. I am thinking about getting a regular sized thin ish pillow for her instead of the body pillow.
I have been thinking about getting DS one as likes using one when he is on the couch and in our bed. But he still sleeps on the a wedge (he had really bad acid re-flux as a baby so he's slept on a wedge that is placed on the mattress under the sheets since he was about a month old) Its sort of like a pillow as it elevates the head and shoulders...
However he is still in the crib (despite the fact he can get out). he will wait for us in the mornings so we haven't converted to the toddler bed yet... I guess that is when we will give him the pillow and more blankets (I very much lack a plan here!) Which might be sooner as fall is coming and will start to get colder at night thus needing more blankets verses what we did the previous years (a small space heater).
Based on your question though I started to look online and amazon seems to have a bunch of options for toddler sized pillows.. I think i would prefer to start him with a smaller one first.
We gave him a flat pillow. It was one I had on my bed that he'd lay/sleep on when he'd sleep with me. Most nights he lays his head on it other nights he lays his whole body across it and he's even slept under it. My kid is a crazy sleeper.
@smb+jab Leo sleeps in a sleep sack. Even my 3.5 year old doesn't stay under his covers so more blankets doesn't help him stay warm. They make sleep sacks that go up to 36 months that are huge. More expensive but nice and thick and cozy.
We have pillow pet "pee-wees." They're the small version of a pillow pet. That's what we started Brody on when he was about 2 and Aedan has had one in his crib since about 1. He probably only uses in 50% of the time and when he was younger, he rarely used it.
We also have a blanket in the crib, so sometimes he uses that as a pillow instead.
Sawyer sleeps on one of my old super flat pillows. For at least the first 10 minutes of the night. Then she's all over her bed and ends up with her head in a new direction or falling out and sleeping on the floor.

we use to do sleep sacks but switched to a blanket after he was out of the extra large size at the end of this past winter. he sort of stays under it, and has been fine with the warmer weather. I am perplexed as to what to do come winter as our house is often freezing in the winter because I am cheap and propane is way expensive. So i turn the heat down at night. We had been using a space heater in his room so his would stay at about 70 /72. DH's plan is now this:
Apparently I'm in the minority? DS actually sleeps really well on it. It's very flat but a regular full size. I probably started him out early on a blanket too but our winters here can be brutal. He started with a regular blanket when he was about 8-10 months old then early spring we started him with a pillow.
This one should be here today. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B008HPP67M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I swear I saw it recommended on here which is why I bought it. We are converting her crib this weekend so I figured we should put one in there to see what she does with it. We also still use the sleepsack. It's getting ditched in the toddler bed transition.
Dd has a tiny pillow pet. She will probably sleep half the night on it. She loves it and tries to take it everywhere when she toured but doesn't want to sleep. We got ours from Walgreens

Both my kids stay on their pillow, blankets not so much.
I just posted about this. I can't find a waterproof cover that will fit the pillow, but the toddler pillow I bought came with a pillow case so that won't be a problem. I got it on Amazon for $18.

This is something we need! We have a wood stove, and supplement with propane when needed, but H goes nuts when I turn it on. Our stove is downstairs but our bedrooms are upstairs, so they're significantly colder than the rest of the house. We have a space heater for Jasper's room, but this might be better! Thanks for posting
Colby has had a pillow since about 15 months. He sleeps with his head on it every night. He has a toddler blanket that he sleeps under also. I just went to target and got the cheapest thinnest pillow I could find. At first it was really puffy but then I laid on top of it for a few minutes every night and it is super flat now. Keagan was and still is all over the place in his bed... Every kid is different.
DS has a regular pillow. He's had it for a few months. I bought the flattest, hardest pillow I could find. He always starts out using it, but he still moves around a bunch in his sleep. Like HMP we still do sleep sacks in the fall and winter so we have no issue with covers.
S uses a folded up receiving blanket as a pillow. It does nothing to raise her head, for comfort, etc. But gives me somewhere to direct her to at bed time (lay down on your pillow) and she seems to like it. I'll probably introduce a real pillow when we switch to a bed.
Update. Pillow came. I washed the case and H offered it to her at bed time tonight. It was met with a resounding "NO PEEYO! NO PEEYO!". So, I'll figure Dubs isn't missin' out.

LOL. That is hilarious!
W usually sleeps on a couple books, or with a soccer ball. I don't see her as the type to turn down another item coming into the crib :-p
Thanks ladies! I looked on amazon and decided that I am a cheap ass. I didn't have a pillow over $10 until a few years after college. I will check out target and Wally world! Seems like a nice 2yo bday present

Seriously, Walmart, ours was about $5 and comes in a ton of colors and prints. We were able to find one that matched her bedding. It is so soft and the perfect size. At our Walmart they had a few end caps of the pillow aisle full of them. Audrey loves rubbing her face on it and snuggling with it since it's so soft!
We have 2 of the ones Lindsey posted from Walmart. One stripe and one dots in the same colors. I have them on the chair in Leo's room and sometimes his crib. Have held up well.
