NBR but have to share my excitement!

This summer we decided to put our house on the market so we could build our dream home. We put our house up for sale on June 1st, and have had tons of showings but nothing work out. It was so discouraging. Part of me felt like we were doing the wrong the thing because this poor kid doesn't even have a room ready at this point. We have just accepted an offer on the home today and will officially be in contract tomorrow!!! Building on the new home starts next month, so it will be exciting to focus on new baby and picking out fun stuff for the new home instead of focusing on trying to sell the house we have now. Such a weight lifted off of my shoulders.. now the interesting part begins of moving and living with my parents for several months with a husband, 3 year old and a newborn! It will all be worth it in the end!!
