This is a weekly check-in for those who have lost an angel with a November EDD. If you would like to be added to our group, please reply to this message with your EDD and date and stage of loss. Please also tell us a little bit about yourself and your TTCAL journey so far. Those with loss dates in November are also welcome. As time goes on, it is only to be expected that there will be graduates, which means that there will at times be BFPs listed here. On weeks when we do have a BFP to celebrate, you’ll see a warning at the top of the page, which is provided so you’ll have the option of scrolling past the announcement if you need to. If you do get your BFP, please PM me so that we can congratulate you appropriately in the next check-in.

@sarcastic10 Any update in TTC? After a successful trip to IKEA were you able to get your purchases put together/away? DId you do anything special this past weekend? Anything else new coming up/happening?

@HMR11913 Did AF makes its timely exit? How is temping going? How has work/life been? Do you and DH have any fall/winter travels that your looking forward too?

@Scrang74 How are you? Did you ever figure out whats going on with your wonky cycles? How is work and life treating you?

@littlecookie Were you able to confirm O? If so how is the 2WW treating you? Did the water heater get put in? Was everything given a passing inspection? Anything else happening?

@tlc35 How is temping going? Are you close to O? Now that your not traveling as much with work are you and DH planning anything special/new during your 2WW or in general?

@LittleMrsW How is the 2WW going? Are you doing anything special to keep your mind off of it and make the time go fast?

@feegan How did the appointment with your RE go on Fri? When will you be testing? How did H do with his marathon? What are you doing to keep yourself busy as your getting close to the end of your 2WW?

@denamaree Thannks for the check in lady. Hope all is well with you.

FF gave me crosshairs on cd12. I had a lower (but still above cover temp on "2dpo", but I was up early that day, so I think it's probably correct and I'm about 5dpo now. Plan will be to only test after AF is due. So I'm basically ignoring the fact that I'm in 2ww right now.

On the house. blech. Never ending saga, DH was upset they didn't come today, so he told them not to come tomorrow. I don't really see how that helps him understand we want to actually finish sooner than later, but I was too tired to try and get him to call him back. Just really frustrating. I'm basically ignoring that's happening too

Football: I'm a Texas girl, so yes love football. My Texans looked ok yesterday, so maybe they will surprise me and win a few games this year. Both DH's school and mine (not rivals) are sucking butt this year, so I'm pretending college football doesn't exist.

Thanks for the check-in @DenaMaree, I'm totally going to post and run as I am just not in a good place today. Our appointment last Friday went well, our RE was very disappointed to see us as he had, had high hopes we would've already conceived by this point. We laid out a plan of action for if this cycle was a bust and well... yesterday (10dpo) I awoke to spotting. At first I held out hope that maybe it was a late implant, as there was a little bit of bright red in the mix, which has never happened when I've spotted before and given the early timing of it, but it was only that one and first wipe. (The earliest I have ever spotted in previous cycles is 12dpo) Since then it has continued and despite the increase I took a test this morning (11dpo) and it was a BFN. Queue break down, followed by emotional run around town at 5 AM because getting back to sleep was impossible. DH is so disappointed as he was convinced this cycle had worked based on other symptoms leading up to the spotting.

So now I just have to wait for it to actually kick in full force to count as cd1 and schedule a cd3 ultra sound to find out if we can start the injectible cycle or have to sit it out on bcp. I really don't think I will be able to handle having to sit out a cycle after this on top of dropping $1,200 OOP on the injectibles because we have to have them in hand when we go in for the cd3 appt and our insurance hates infertiles.

I'm really sorry that I'm the biggest Debbie Downer today ladies. I think I'm going to take a step back from the board for a little while because I'm not in the best place to offer up support. I love you all tremendously and I am sending you all a round of raspberry mojito's on me.

@feegan oh beautiful Lady I am SO sorry you got a BFN! I am sending you so many hugs! Definitely step away as you need, but know we are always here for you when your ready to come back!! This is only a small setback, your time is coming!!

@littlecookie Yey for your 2WW! Hope it goes quickly for you!! You have so much more patients then me!! I so would have called and chewed them out, however my DH would have done exactly what your did. Men! Hopefully they come back Thurs and get their productivity on!

@sarcaztic10‌ I am so sorry you've been under the weather and even more sorry AF made her unwanted appearance! I hope your able to get everything worked out for your monitoring session!! I have missed mine due to being away and everything worked out no problem..if they won't budge perhaps you can go with TTC cd 13,14,15 and go in for monitoring on CD16 and confirm where you are.

@HMR11913‌ Ha Ha it sounds like Thor just wants to be a part of the process! Perhaps he is keeping you company at this early hours and wants you to repay him with food

I so hope your correct in that with your cycle showing at 30 days your body is regulating!! Hopefully you guys can work out the timing and catch that egg! Germany sounds fantastic! If it were me is probably go either way.

@littlecookie‌ Sorry about the house frustrations. That's so stressful! Oh, and I didn't know you are a Texas girl! I was born in Texas and lived there till I was 12, then we moved to Kansas. All my extended family is still in Texas and I try to visit them once a year.

@Feegan‌ I'm so sorry about the BFN this morning. ((Hugs)) Of course we understand if you need to take a break, but remember we are here for you if you need to talk/vent/etc!

@sarcaztic10‌ I'm sorry to hear that last cycle was a bust. ((Hugs)) I hope you get things worked out with your RE.

@HMR11913‌ Glad to hear that your cycles seem to be getting back to normal! Your possible trip to Germany sounds exciting!

AFM, like I mentioned before, we chose to TTA this month. I decided not to temp either this month but, based on secondary symptoms, I think I O'd recently, or that I will in the next day or so. So I'm expecting AF in a couple of weeks. Hopefully we will be ready to start trying after that. In the meantime, I'm just focusing on planning our trip to San Diego. :-)

Hi Lovelies,

DH and I had a productive weekend and got our veranda memory garden together. September 11th would have been 32 weeks and the longest our OB would have let me carry the triplets so it's been an emotional week. DH keeps reminding me that with this being my O week it makes TTC more special since we would have had our girls by now or at latest this week, but as I'm sure you all can understand his gentleness, love and inspiring words haven't made the week any easier. DH left first thing Monday morning for a business trip to Vegas. Today is CD14 for me and I've never O'd before CD19 so his trip worked great for our timing!! Having him gone while I'm a bit emotional actually works out well too as I'm super independent and have enjoyed my alone time!! I went on a great hike when I got off work Monday, I'm going out for girls night tonight and DH is home by the time I'm off work tomorrow!! I'll start OPK's on Thurs. Per temping I've been consistently at 97.5 until this AM when I dropped to 97.1. Huge hugs to everyone who needs them! You all are always in my thoughts and prayers and I'm always here is you need anything! Just PM me!!

QOTW: I'm a Dallas Cowboys fan so like @littlecookie I have low expectations and I'm overjoyed with any win

icing on the cake would be getting into the play offs

I watch college football Saturdays but I'm not a huge fan to any one team. We live in ABQ so we go to a few Univeristy of New Mexico football games however we go for the tailgating not the game itself! If anything I've gotten so much more into college soccer an basketball since following Univerity of NM as they have winning teams. Not so much with the football team!

Life has been keeping me busy lately, I was traveling all last week for work and then came down with a nasty cold. DH and I are heading to Chicago for a quick getaway this weekend to see Zac Brown Band at Wrigley Field, super excited about that! Next week should (emphasis on 'should') be a quiet week before the chaos really begins - another business trip the week of September 22nd and we are scheduled to close on our new house on September 30th!

QOTW: I prefer college football. I understand the NFL is a business, but they've gone overboard lately in my opinion, or maybe I've just been paying more attention to the details lately. I live in Minnesota and the Minnesota Vikings are building a new stadium and just won the bid for the 2018 Super Bowl. Season ticket holders have to pay an annual seat license, in addition to their ridiculous season ticket prices, to remain season ticket holders in the new stadium. All of the details surrounding the Super Bowl bid are annoying too - for instance, only NFL branded ATMs will be allowed in the stadium. Like the NFL doesn't make enough money. That being said, I do still following the Vikings, but I will always bleed maroon and gold for my Minnesota Golden Gophers.

@HMR11913 Where in Germany is your husband's uncle stationed? My BIL and sister were stationed there in the 1990s, in a town called Ansbach. I visited them for a summer when I was 14 and had a blast.

@HMR11913‌ Germany sounds cool! As does S Padre. I went to a really neat sand castle competition there once. On TTC, can you run home for lunch while H is working nights? I know of some people who have done that. Any means possible?

@raelynn71109‌ yes, ma'am only lived outside this great state for 3 months during an internship. We were in SD in June. Spent most of our time in La Jolla which was beautiful. Enjoy!!

@DenaMaree‌ thinking of you this week, my dear. Hope O timing works out. Your garden is gorgeous!!

Oh goodness, I came in here, saw the personal message and thought, I thought I checked in last week. Well I went to check and apparently I just never hit post and my reply was still saved there! So here is what I said last week, ha!

Mara005 - Were you able to confirm ovulation yet? Remind me, what CD are you on? When was DS’s first day of Pre-K? Did all go well? What is your new fall routine shaping up to be like? Anything new to share?

Concerning ovulating, I'm currently 6 dpo, and CD 28. DS will start school tomorrow, along with our new schedule/routine. He is very familiar with school, so I hope he does well. But I do think he is a bit nervous going to a new school.
Just waiting for AF to show so I can schedule my tuboplasty, which I'm very anxious to get over with.

And now for this week......

I am 12 dpo, so I'm still waiting for AF, who is being an ass and making me wait while usually I've start af by this dpo. Looks like DH will be away when I get this procedure done which is super annoying but my mom will be visiting so I won't be totally alone.

QOTW: Not a football fan, DH is British, and he doesn't see the appeal.

@MrsKush1014, LOVE Zac Brown Band, I am SO jealous!! Even more so I am envious of a weekend away with your DH! Enjoy!! BTW I was born and raised (and my family is still all there) in Sioux Falls, SD area and we went to one or two Gopher games a year with my Unlce and Aunt who were from Woodbury, MN. It was Always a blast!! Go Gophers!!

@mara005 So glad for your update(s)! Ugh, stupid AF did you have to choose this month to take your good ol' time? Hopefully it arrives soon and isn't too rough for you! I'm sorry DH won't be with you during the procedure, but I am SO glad you'll have the next best person (Mom) there with/for you! You'll be in my thoughts!!

Hello again, ladies. Sorry I have been MIA but the never-ending cycles had me in a tremendous funk and I needed to step away. As I just finished my first normal cycle since the loss, we are ready to start trying again but boy am I super anxious.

QOTW: I love the NFL and being from NJ, I am a JETS fan. I have lived in NC for a very long time so the Panthers are my #2. Needless to say, I'm used to struggling teams so no one can ever call me a fair-weather fan! My hubs is a Dolphins fan and being in the same division, our house is quite entertaining when our teams play each other. Hubs also graduated from UF so I am a Gator by marriage. My school (UNCC) just got a team recently so looks like I will have two to cheer for.

@Feegan I'm sorry you are going through such a tough time right now. We totally understand, we will miss you, but take all the time you need.

@sarcaztic10 I've never had pink eye, but I know it's a total asshole to deal with. I really hope your doc gives you the progesterone so you can at least try for a cycle!

@mrskush1014 I hope you're feeling better. I had some friends see the Zac Brown band last year and they said it was a really good show.

@aswedisbee It's good to see you! I'm glad AF straightened out and you're ready to go!

AFM I'm currently in the TWW and I don't plan on testing.FF only gave me dotted crosshairs so who knows. DH asked me like 3 times this cycle when I was going to ovulate. He has never wanted to know any kind of TTC info before, so I think he's starting to feel maybe a little bit of pressure since it hasn't happened yet. On top of that, we went to a baby shower a few weeks ago (the same one I mentioned last time) and this month is the 1/2 year mark of our loss.

Just trying to get by one day at a time...

QOTW: Niner Nation baby!!! MH and I grew up in the same place and we were both raised SF 49er fans. As for college, MH loves the Oregon Ducks. I don't really have a preferred college team, so I root them on too. I'm playing in 2 fantasy leagues this year so it's a nice distraction.

@sarcaztic10, Ah, how frustrating!! My RE is so relaxed about making appointments I don't call and schedule my monitoring until a few days before I'm going in so I'm already beyond having taken the clomid for the month. If I missed a month of monitoring I'm not even sure they would notice. I didn't realize how nice that is as I would be so frustrated! The good news is it will give your lining a month to recoup! As it is I can only take clomid through October and then would have to take November off if we aren't pregnant to let my lining recoup! If there was a month we couldn't take clomid then it would actually be good for my lining. Hopefully the clomid is not needed and you ovulate successfully this month without it's assistance! Did you get things worked out with the progesterone? If not perhaps you could get over the counter for this month so you don't have to take it off?

@aswedishbee Sorry you were in a funk, but I am so happy to see you back and hear you are back to TTC!! Woo Hoo!! What CD are you at? Are you doing anything new this cycle (new vitamins, etc)?

@LittleMrsW It's great that DH is wanting to get more involved with the "science of TTC". So hope you have exciting news at the end of your 2WW!! I'll be eagerly waiting to hear from you!! I was a Oregon Duck but never went to a single athletic event my entire college life! I didn't really start getting into college sports until I met my DH in 2003. Perhaps I'll try and catch any of their televised games and at least pretend that I support my school

I'm sure they will be a lot more entertaining to watch then the University of New Mexico

I had twins, and one had a molar pregnancy. Our little angels stopped growing at week 7 and I had a D&C. I'm one month away from being able to try again

It's been very rough, and I've been dreading November!!!

@kreardon11 We can all understand and relate to how hard it is with November right around the corner. I lost multiples also, triplets, that stopped growing just before nine weeks. We started TTC again last month. What CD are you on? Have you been able to confirm ovulation?

@denamaree, I'm currently 7 DPO. When we were trying I was using the sticks, but this time I'm going off of CM. I feel like my cycle is easier to read now post D&C - weird, right? I'm going to get the sticks again b/c AF is due in a week and I need to start tracking again before we TTC in Oct again. What a process!

Also - So sorry about your triplets ((hugs))

@Kreardon11 I'm a huge fan of temping and I've also been trying to understand my CM better. I'm logging my information on both fertility friend and ovia. I'm 70% sure my body is back on track to pre-MC. I was on a 31 days cycle and O on CD19 before and last month i was back to a 31 day cycle but FF thinks I O on CD23. This cycle however I have clear/white powder/glue like CM which Ovia says it means it's the start of my fertile week. My temp also went from 97.1 to 97.3 and previously I O'd with a temp of 98.1. I'm hoping all of this information/signs lead to O by end of this weekend. Our bodies are such mysteries it's interesting to evaluate/learn them!

The tutorials on Fertility Friend helped me out a lot when I first started charting. They have quizzes on there where you can look at other peoples' charts and try to figure out when they ovulated. I learned a lot from it.
