Disregard

Disregard thread, tried to channel all the constant TV warnings to one place rather than clutter the main board, but it is not needed. Sorry, if this thread hurt anyone, I don't usually post on the main board.

edited for clarification

**** warning content of thread may list upcoming triggers in shows ****

I know many of our favorite television shows are starting back this month, but I also know that many may have unexpected triggers with pregnancies, infants and loss. Rather than making a bunch of individual threads per show, let's compile a list here for those who need it. List any show that you think may have a potential trigger for someone and a category for the warning (pregnancy, infant, loss, etc.) - this goes for any show since I know many of us binge watch older seasons before the new ones.

  • @wickedsugar - I only posted it because seems like I see a thread about a movie or show every couple of days as warning. Rather than clogging up the main board figured it would be easier to direct everyone to leaving it one place. I can erase it and label it as disregard instead though.

  • I think it can be useful.  What is overkill for one could be beneficial for someone having a bad day.  I know it's hard for me to watch a movie and be blindsighted by a graphic loss scene.   It's nice to have a heads up.  It's not to say movies/TV are wrong for having these scenes, but for those of us that are still grieving, it can be very difficult.

  • I really don't see the need for this thread. It's calling attention to the issue more than anything else.
  • You didn't have to delete this.
  • Maybe I lost something in translation somewhere? I'm not upset about anything, I saw a couple comments that the thread bothered people more so I crossed it off. The last thing I wanted to do was stir up any bad feelings and hurt anyone else hence the erase.

No one said anything negative and I'm not upset about anyone's comments. If anything I'm more irritated with myself that I didn't think about from the other way around. I try to avoid posting main board threads when I can help it but that's just me not due to anyone else. Guess I didn't word it quite right . . . .

You made it seem like you were going to leave.... your comment about not posting was taken that way.
Ugh, sorry :( guess with my multi-tasking I didn't re-read it before I let it post. I've edited now to clarify and avoid any confusion. My head works better than my typing/phrasing sometimes.
