Like the PP said, it just depends on the date that you ovulated. The "average" day to ovulate is 14 days after the first day of your period, but it sounds like you ovulated (and therefore became pregnant) later. Totally normal. Your due date was set by your first ultrasound (around 8 weeks), which was the most accurate dating ultrasound -- anything done now is probably off by a few days or even a week because babies grow and develop at their own rates.
My last period was April 1st and by LMP my due date would be jan 6th, but its actually Jan 8th. I ovulated a bit later than day 14 it would seem. That's totally normal for me, I usually have a slightly longer cycle
My Lmp was also 1st April. Due date is 6th jan. Both u/s scans have stuck to that date so I must have O'd and conceived within a few days of each other. It's all down to the O date really.
I was glad I O'd around about when I expected too as my cycle was prob a bit messed up from m/c in jan and was hard to predict.
this pregnancy is the first one we aren't going by my actual LMP. We are going by my predicted late ovulation and early u/s dates. By LMP I would be due Jan 19, By first u/s I would be due Jan 28, we went with FF and 2nd/3rd u/s which puts me at Jan 25th. FF has been accurate for myself in the past. As pp said, Ovulation can definitely make all the difference.

SAHM of 7 soon to be 8. I read more than I post.
Yeah, when I had my first ultrasound they told me my due date was going to be two weeks later than I had guessed based on my lmp. I felt like I had to redo those two weeks of pregnancy hahaha. But my doc said it was probably just wonky ovulation time.
They use LMP as a way to guesstimate, but an ultrasound would overrule that as they can predict within a very small margin of error exactly how long it has been since ovulation based on the measurements of the baby and the uterus.
