I know there are a few ladies on here who have had several c-section and I'm wondering if this is normal. My ob practice has several (I think 14) drs and for a rcs you have to schedule it with one of them so you can schedule ahead of time and only see that Dr for your last couple months. So my Dr and I decided my rcs would be 10/20 but then the surgery scheduler called me and said the hospital was full that day and we could do it on 10/21 instead. So we scheduled it for that day. Then a couple weeks later she called me back and said it needed to be rescheduled to an earlier time the same day because of hospital coverage. Now today (another couple weeks from last reschedule) she calls me and says my Dr has to be on call at a different hospital at an earlier time on 10/21 so I have to reschedule to 10/20 (which she originally said wasn't available). It doesn't really matter to me what day, but it is kind of annoying to keep switching the day and time constantly. We do have to plan ahead for our two other kids, which is set either of these days but it is still frustrating. Anyone else have this happen or is my ob practice just a mess?
Re: RCS change
My office has a bunch of doctors as well, I think 12 total. They scheduled my RCS date about 5 weeks ago and it hasn't changed.
I would be understanding about one change, but three? That's getting a bit ridiculous IMO.
