IT'S A BOY
This week: keep up with the running. I'm already doing crappy food wise because I kind of have my period. I get heavy spotting every 35 days or so with Mirena so I'm guessing it's like a period? Annoying and weird and making me feel like a fat tub of lazy.
Goal: marathon November 2nd.
This week: more of the same. The scale finally budged and I'm down 4lbs!!
Goal: tone up!!
Goal: Loose more weight, keep up with my workouts and I think I want to do another half sometime in October or November. Then I have the Disney Princess Half in February
