Who has time for a baby book?

So with DS I decided not to get one but as time passes there are so many first moments that I capture with pictures that I have yet to organize. I feel I don't have the time nor creativity for scrapbooking either. I have been trying to figure a way to keep and show off all my pics w/o bombarding all my FB & Instagram friends. Tonight I came across this free app called Moments Garden that I thought was so rad, I thought I'd share it with you guys. It day stamps all your photos you add and you can caption them yourself. You can have more than one "book" for other LOs and invite your friends and family to see them. It's nice seeing as most if our pics nowadays are take with my phone. Maybe this will help some of you that share my lil dilemma. Ok, enough of my rambling :)

    We have a First Year Calendar that comes with cute stickers for the milestones and you can fill in details about LO's preferences/development each month. I find that much easier to keep up with than a baby book would have been.

    @spacepotatoes‌ my mom had something like that with me and I wish I got one for the kids. Especially when #2 came around and I wondered. ..hmm... when does this happen? !

    The title of this thread sums up my thoughts exactly! DH bought a book for us to fill out... Almost four months later it is still sitting on the coffee table waiting to be filled out. :-?

    I've been keeping up with it so far.  I looked into one of the online journal / keepsake services (not the one mentioned above), and was put off by the terms of service.  It said that any photo uploaded becomes their property for their use forever.   
    Me-41, Hubby-40.
    1st BFP-8/17/12!  Missed Miscarriage discovered @ 8 week US.  D&C.
    2nd BFP-2/13/13!  Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
    3rd BFP-5/22/13!  By early June, progesterone plummeting.  Another loss.
    August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.

    I've been keeping a baby book for DS. I hate scraping booking, but I like filling in information in books. I'm a dork like that. I'm also big on sending my pictures to be printed at Target or Costco. For some reason I'm still a huge fan of tangible items. While I participate in this community and post on Instagram, I still haven't decided how I feel about online scrapbooking, etc. But it's a great idea for those who want to use it! Thanks for sharing!

    Good idea...I need to check out that app. I try to keep up with it b/c it is really useful info to have. I have referenced back to my older son's baby book numerous times with this LO since I wrote down everything.
