I've always drank almond milk but I have recently discovered almond milk with protein and fiber :x I love it with Cheerios protein! Holy yum yum batman =P~
Awhile ago I tried rice dream ice cream (chocolate almond maybe?) And I remember it being freaking DELICIOUS!
When I was pregnant I craved chocolate milk and couldn't have it because of gestational diabetes. Too many carbs. I might have to get chocolate almond milk now. That seriously sounds so good!
I could live off chocolate almond milk, omg its SO good!
A friend of mine sent me a link to godairyfree.org, and I made one of their pasta salad recipes for supper last night. It was so tasty! I'm still looking for dairy-free yogurt and creamer for several recipes I downloaded. Where are y'all finding them? So far I've had no luck at Target.
I also had to quit soy too which is hard! It seems like so many products have it in there. I like the mini ice cream sandwiches made by Almond Dream and coconut coffee creamer made by So Delicious. I use almond milk in my cereal and soy free Earth Balance butter. I really miss cheese though. My sandwiches just aren't the same.
Same here, plus corn. It's a real challenge! And you just made my day - I didn't realize earth balance had a soy free option! hellooooo buttered toast!

As of this morning's dr appointment I have to quit soy too. I know this will be much harder than dairy - soy seems to be in everything. Would love to hear any hints and advice you guys have. Should we start a separate soy free favorites thread?

It actually hasn't been too bad. It took about a week to adjust and mourn (haha), but it's doable. For sandwiches, earth balance has a soy-free mayo.. Salad dressings are often possible if they're oil based. It's still too hot for soup here, but Amy's soups are often dairy, soy, and corn free.
Paleo recipes are free of all of them also. I don't know how much you cook, but I recently got a cook book called "against all grain", and have tried some of the recipes - all have been very good so far! They're mostly paleo, but she has everything from sauces to waffles, syrup, soup, orange chicken (which was delicious!)... Definitely worth it if you cook a lot.
Re: dairy free favorites
Almond milk in cereal, coconut milk in coffee, but I'm going to look for that coconut creamer @ZeroZeroOne mentioned above.
I need to get on my Oreo game
I am also addicted to chocolate almond milk, but I add chocolate syrup because its not chocolate-y enough for me lol
