Here is mine. Monday - City Chicken (pork) Kalushki (cabbage, onions and egg noodles with LOTS of butter). Tuesday - sesame teriyaki sirloin - this was originally on last week's menu but I never pulled the steak out of the freezer. Broccoli and a starch Wednesday - left overs Thursday - teriyaki chicken, brown rice and sauteed asparagus Friday - IDK yet....maybe I'll steal something from someone's menu.
I made the chicken recipe that mrandmrsk posted and thought it was really good. I used skinless boneless chicken breasts and the only change I would make would be to pound the chicken a little before placing it in the marinade.
