Children's place order screw up.

I ordered 4 pairs of pjs for DS from children's place. The package was delivered today. It contains 3 pairs of pjs and a size S girls windbreaker....that I definitely didn't order! I called customer service to tell them that one of my items wasn't included in the package and that I got a random item instead. They are refunding me for the pjs.

As far as the jacket goes I'm just supposed to keep it! The rep said that I'd have to pay to return it by mail and not to bother. I said I'd take it to our local store and he said they'd give me a give card worth the last sale price bc I don't have a receipt even though I didn't even buy it!! I'm going to still try to just take it to the store and see what they say! Otherwise I guess DD has a windbreaker she can wear in 4 years! Lol

I thought I'd post this so everyone can judge me for stealing from Children's Place! ;-)

Then I guess they've changed their return policies. Last time I went and tried to exchange something my sister got for ds, they wouldn't do anything about it. No exchanges, no credits, nothing without a receipt. I just wanted it in a different color. Ugh, I've sworn them off since then.
