This was also posted in the "anyone having difficulty with relating to fertiles" but it's such a great thread I wanted to step and say thanks to all you ladies. Sorry if it's cheesy

"I was on my bmb (sept2014) and seriously appalled at not only the things these ladies were complaining about (things we typically love!) but also how they treated each other. O. M. G. Some of those ladies have horrible attitudes! Who cares if it's a stupid question, I've had more than my fair share on this and the multiples board and no one treats me like that. I've been too intimidated to post anything on the birth month board for fear of being bullied, that's terrible. Thank goodness for all you kind ladies!!

True. Apparently TTTC and IF are among the minority of boards in that they don't treat the other women like garbage. I've never seen adults revel in their own nastiness so much. Stay away from 1st tri especially.

I just wanted to also say that I am so thankful to have this board and before the IF board. I lurk on the multiples board, too, and the ladies over there are so kind and helpful. Like others have said, I checked out my BMB and was pretty overwhelmed. I guess I am just a softie, but some of the things thrown around there and the attacks were too much for me, so I'm just planning to stick around with this lovely bunch.

I never really participated on my first BMB before my MC because it was seriously crazy. But this time my BMB is really nice. I waited until I was well into 2nd tri to start lurking and eventually intro, and by then I think that most of the BMBs calm down a little. I never read the controversial threads like unpopular opinions though, so maybe I'm missing the drama there. But that's fine by me!

Ditto that!!! I just can't fathom how some of the women on my BMB have the time to comment all day and harass some people with hateful snarky comments. I seriously eyeroll when I see it happen, it's just not necessary to be rude and I don't get why these type of posters don't just scroll on by. I am very comfortable with this board, and I've never gotten snark with questions and I've not seen it here. I'm happy to have somewhere to go where the support is genuine

Yeah I am in agreement with you. I rarely post over there because I did once and got some pretty nasty responses even though I tried to ask my question politely. So thankful for this board!

I can't even look at the 1st or 2nd tri boards. I'm not going to even bother with my month board! Soo thankful for this board (not that I post a lot, but I stalk often...) and the multiples board!

I've been sneaking over to the May15 board a little on slow work days, and it's starting to have a little drama, although I'm sure it'll get crazier. When the snark is warranted, I'll pull out the popcorn and read comments. Otherwise, there are at least enough threads to where you can stay out of drama. But I definitely count on PAIF ladies for the support.

I like my BMB even though I didn't expect to. We have some strong opinions, and sometimes the controversial topics blow up into big deals, but overall it's pretty supportive and helpful!

That said, I still miss the bond of the 3T ladies. Xoxo

I totally agree. IF changes you....something that not many others underatand except for those who have gone through it. The IF board saved me from having many mental breakdowns during my 5 cycles and now this board and the multiple board is a great source of knowledge, support and excitement!

I aagree this board is the best. I was going through a hard time and posted something in another board and was ripped to shreds. This board is safe and full of mature women
