Thanks and an update

Thanks for the well wishes, ladies! I am an emotional mess today. The last time this happened I couldn't leave the hospital until I delivered my baby, so I was in full on panic mode when my reading at the appointment today was high.

Thankfully, all my labs came back great and after resting in L&D, my blood pressure came down enough for me to go home, but they want to see me again in two days to follow up. After what happened with DS1 I get so much anxiety when they put that cuff on my arm. Even though it ended with a perfectly healthy baby, I am just so scared of having another traumatic birth experience and am not sure how to get past it.

I'm going to try to take it easy tomorrow and hopefully won't have to go through all of this again on Wednesday. Thanks again for the positive thoughts, they really meant a lot to me.

I'm glad you are home. I have some of the same fears bc of my experience with bp/ induction/ and delivery. I don't know your situation but I try to tell myself it comes to an induction again that it is suppose to be completely different as a mom who has had a child vs a 1st time mom.
