Anyone have 3D ultrasounds at 15 weeks?

I would love to see your 3D ultrasounds at 15 weeks. We are going next Saturday to find out boy or girl. Super excited. Let's see them!!

Re: Anyone have 3D ultrasounds at 15 weeks?

  • I'm having on at 16 and a half weeks because that's what the place recommended. I'm 15 weeks 3 days now

  • IMHO, wait until at least 16 weeks. I know these places claim they can tell you this early, and will give you a free redo if they can't, but why put yourself through all that? I did a 3D at 16 and then spent the next month waiting for my 20 week anatomy scan so I could know for certain - I just didn't trust the results they gave me. In hindsight I wish I had just waited till my anatomy scan and that's what I'm doing this time.

  • Waiting til 16 to go so we can hopefully see the sex of the baby. If you go to windowtoyourbaby.com they have a gallery you can look through.
  • Thanks ladies. I talked to the lady about it and most places do it at 14 weeks ( some ladies on here even posted they found at at 12 weeks! ThaTs wonderful for them the baby just seems so little ) I am going to give it a shot. Worst case I figure I get I see my little peanut moving around twice which I would absolutely love❤️
  • Yes, babies don't look like babies this early.  Get a scan for the sex if you'd like but personally I'd wait to get the 3D.  I have seen a 15 week gestation baby.  Trust me, it's not what you want to see.

I’m a modern man, a man for the millennium. Digital and smoke free. A diversified multi-cultural, post-modern deconstruction that is anatomically and ecologically incorrect. I’ve been up linked and downloaded, I’ve been inputted and outsourced, I know the upside of downsizing, I know the downside of upgrading. I’m a high-tech low-life. A cutting edge, state-of-the-art bi-coastal multi-tasker and I can give you a gigabyte in a nanosecond! I’m new wave, but I’m old school and my inner child is outward bound. I’m a hot-wired, heat seeking, warm-hearted cool customer, voice activated and bio-degradable. I interface with my database, my database is in cyberspace, so I’m interactive, I’m hyperactive and from time to time I’m radioactive.

  • The earliest anywhere near me does them is 16 weeks. We are waiting until then, and considering giving it a few days so I'll be measuring closer and get a better guess of the sex.
  • Why not a 2d sex check? It seems like a waste of money to get 3d this early.
  • I want to do it because it's my first and I'm enthralled by all of this. It's really interesting stuff. However, I plan to do a regular early sex determination at the ob/gyn during the 16 week check up and I think I would like to have the 3D photos later on just for a keepsake type thing. And of course to show the kid :-) I wish I had awesome photos from when I was in the womb! But that was in the dark ages :-p

  • Going in for an elective sex check with a 3D peek at 17 weeks.  We also get a teddy bear with the baby's heartbeat.
