no more letdown feeling

My LO will be a year old on September 24th.  I know my supply has been dropping due to his increase in solids and me not pumping as often.  But for some reason  for the past month or so I never feel the letdown anymore.  I used to be able to feel it.  Is that normal?

  • I didn't feel it at first them I did for a good stretch of the middle of breastfeeding and now I don't. My LO will be 1 on Sept. 17 and I have felt a letdown for at least another or two. I assumed it was normal since my supply is much less now.
  • i vote normal. i felt a distinct letdown for the first couple of months (a tingly/pins and needles sensation), and after that it went away.

    Me either.
  • I'm 5 months in and now I only feel it when I begin to pump/when LO first begins to nurse. In the beginning, I used to feel it everywhere, all the time.
