Block feeding and pumping at work

Currently LO is block feed every 3-4 during the day and 4-5 at night. I pump the side he doesn't eat on at least once a day to have a stash. I get 3.5-5 oz at a time depending on what time of day I pump.
I return to work next Monday the 15th. I will nurse him when I am home and pump 3 times at work.

My question is, when I pump at work, do I just continue to pump one side at a time as though I would be nursing or do I pump both sides?

DS 1 was block feed the whole 8 months I nursed him but I was a SAHM then so this is unfamiliar territory for me.

    DD only eats from one side at a time but I have always double pumped in order to produce enough for her.

    you should pump both sides. the pump doesn't empty your breasts as efficiently as baby, so it's better to have the added stimulation of doing both sides at once.
