Rainbow babies?

Hi ladies,

I'm new to this site, so I hope this is the right place to post this.  Almost four weeks ago, my husband and I found out we were expecting our first baby.  This past Thursday, I began to miscarry.  The only thing getting me through this time if the thought of trying again, and eventually having a happy, healthy pregnancy and baby.  Does anyone have any rainbow baby stories?  I could really use some hope and inspiration right now.

    I am so sorry for your loss. I concieved DS2 a few months after a miscarriage. He is a perfect, healthy and happy 16 month old. I had another miscarriage in July but I am now pregnant again with another rainbow who is healthy so far!

    Dx: ASD, SPD and receptive and expressive speech delay at 21 months

    DS2: 4/24/2013
    BFP #4: Miscarriage at 5 weeks 7/2014
    BFP #5: 8/8/2014 Due 4/20/2015 
    Its a healthy girl!!!!!

    I don't have my rainbow yet but I can say I do know many women who do have theirs. Them and the ladies here keep me hopeful! Good luck! <3

    I don't have a rainbow baby yet but I'm confident that he/she is in their way! I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks in April of this year and although I'm by no means a success story yet I am now 10 weeks pregnant and everything is going perfectly. We've seen our little bean bouncing around on ultrasound. Plenty of women go on to have healthy pregnancies and babies after miscarrying. Good luck!

    I'm so sorry for your loss. Many of us are hopefully pregnant with our first rainbow babies. Parenting after a loss will give you more who have delivered their rainbows. Just be aware that there will be tickers and pics of children in some of their signatures if that's hard for you to see right now.

    Hugs to you. TTCAL is a wonderful board. I have had five losses and I'm 31 weeks with our son -- hopeful that he is our rainbow but obviously not there yet. There is still lots of hope for you and so many rainbow babies from graduates of this board. Thinking of you.

        After 4 losses, we just had our rainbow on August 26th.  Don't lose hope, and keep trying Mama!  I never could have made it through without the support I found on TTCAL and here.  Take the time to read the stickies at the top of the board on TTCAL, make an intro, and meet some awesome ladies. You'll get through this, but remember to be kind and gentle with yourself during this hard time.

    I'm sorry for your loss. I was blessed with my rainbow girl after two losses. She's an amazing 2 year old now and brings so much joy to mine and my H's lives. I am pregnant again with hopefully our second rainbow. As the other ladies have said, many women go through losses and still end up with a healthy take home baby.

    I'm so sorry for your loss. Just to echo PPs, TTCAL is a great board. I had a loss in February and am keeping my fingers crossed that this LO is our rainbow. Be kind to yourself and give yourself time to heal--both physically and emotionally. ((hugs)) to you.

    I am so sorry for your loss. My first pregnancy ended in loss as well and I am now pregnant with what seems to be a healthy baby. I know several women who had losses and then went on to have healthy pregnancies and babies. I hope that you find a lot of comfort and support during this time.
